It's been so long since Mick the Magnifico! cast a spell on Barbette, it's worn off!

"Mr. Magnifico! no longer interests me," Barbette said with an impatient sigh, "And I'm bored!!"

"Don't be mad at Mick the Magnifico!" Baby said.  "He must have a real good reason for casting a spell on Barbette!"

Everyone looked at Mick.  Mick looked at his feet.

As soon as he heard "fight! fight!" Speedy came running!

"Oh, please, please release the beautiful Barbette from your evil grip," Speedy begged Mick the Magnifico!  "Or else... I'll... you'll...  "

Speedy couldn't finish his sentence.  Mick just smiled.

Normally, The Man doesn't get involved in Monkey Town business.  Today he feels he must.  So he picked up Mick the Magnifico! by the wool of his neck!

Fight!  Fight! 

"Alright, alright!" Mick said in a voice quivering with fear, and guilt, and the helium from a balloon he just inhaled.  "I'll turn Barbette back the way she was... on one condition!"

This made The Man mad.

"Look Musty," Monkey Town's official keeper of the Wise Monkey Quotations said.  "There are all kinds of love in the world, but Barbette's sock monkey woolen heart does not belong to Mick!  Forget the coconut!  We must fix this fast before Barbette is lost forever!"

While Twila, Monkey Town's official Cub Reporter, decides if she wants to give her sock monkey microphone to LaVerne for the location of a coconut, Barbette sinks further into... well, wherever Mick the Magnifico! has sent her.

"Even though I love Mick now, nothing else much matters anymore," Barbette said with an even more distant look in her green button eyes.

"Now wait just a minute," Twila said, her eyes widening in alarm. "I'm all for saving Barbette, but sometimes she's kind of stuck-up!"

"It's all over Sock Dollyville," LaVerne said while flipping her yarn hair out of her eyes.  "You need a coconut... and I might know where one is!  Do you have anything to trade for it?"

"I hear The Lady's sent you on an errand Musty," Lurline said in her soft, slow turtle voice;  "Can I help?"

That's right Lurline, I need a coconut real bad!  Do you know where I can find one?
